Larry Keeley founded L. Keeley Construction in 1976.
1995
Keeley Companies, acquires
American Directional Boring (“ADB”)
2011
Began Technology line of business, with the acquisition of Zero Day & added Splicing services to our portfolio.
2017
ADB
Enters the Wireless infrastructure sector after acquisition
2021
Wireless footprint expands to East coast & Midwest markets with the acquisition of ETAK, and Deerfield groups.
2023
In November ADB expanded into the Southern California market with the acquisition of Diversified Communications Services based out of Brea, CA.
1992
In 1992, Rusty Keeley joined the organization and began the diversification of services.
