ADB Companies Announces Acquisition of Select Construction Enterprises, LLC

SAINT LOUIS, MO – August 12, 2021 – ADB Companies, LLC, (“ADB”) a leading provider of telecom, utility infrastructure, and wireless solutions, announced today the acquisition of the assets of Select Construction Enterprises, LLC (“Select”). Select will join ADB’s existing wireless division, Mercury Communications Contractors, LLC (“Mercury”), a wholly owned subsidiary of ADB Companies. This strategic partnership will allow ADB to increase its wireless capabilities across the region.

Select provides turnkey wireless, commercial, and industrial construction services. Their cutting-edge offerings include tower erection & removal, emergency response & rapid generator placement, road construction, and safety training & certifications.
