Championing Inclusion and Sharing Private LTE Deployment Lessons
St. Louis, MO | October 23rd, 2025 — ADB, a leading provider of turnkey infrastructure solutions across fiber, wireless, utilities, and private networks, announced its sponsorship and speaking participation at the Utility Broadband Association (UBBA) Annual Conference and Plugfest, taking place November 4–6, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
As part of ADB’s commitment to advancing diversity and innovation in critical infrastructure, ADB will proudly sponsor the Women’s Breakfast on Tuesday, November 4th. Representing ADB, Stacey Thompson, CEO will highlight her journey as a woman in the telecommunications industry, ADB's dedication to creating an inclusive and empowering environment for future leaders, and overcoming challenges as a woman in leadership roles across the infrastructure ecosystem.
On Wednesday, November 5th, from 11:00–11:30 a.m., ADB will join Xcel Energy a utility partner to present “Private LTE in the Fast Lane: Deployment Lessons from the Field.” This session will feature ADB’s Mike Binder, Shawn McLard, and Roger Vance alongside Ronald Griffith from Xcel Energy, exploring how both teams tackled deployment challenges — from spectrum planning to field execution — and what it truly takes to accelerate time-to-launch in complex utility environments. Attendees will gain practical insights, proven strategies, and a clear perspective on Private LTE’s growing role in grid modernization.
“We believe in leading with both expertise and purpose,” said Stacey Thompson, CEO, ADB. “From supporting women who are shaping our industry’s future to sharing real-world Private LTE deployment strategies, ADB is committed to building the future of connectivity alongside our partners.”
