The Fiber Connect 2025 Expo, hosted by the Fiber Broadband Association in Nashville, rallied the industry under the energizing theme “Light it Up.” This year’s focus was clear: accelerating fiber deployment to empower digital connectivity across the country.
The event brought together hundreds of professionals—from network operators and engineers to OEMs and public sector leaders—all aligned on a shared goal: future-ready infrastructure through innovation, collaboration, and equitable access.
Focus on BEAD and Bridging the Digital Divide
Federal programs like BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment) took center stage as organizations looked to unlock their full potential to close the digital divide. For teams like ours at ADB, this work is already underway. We're positioned to support BEAD-funded projects across the country, providing the scale, safety, and expertise required to connect even the most complex environments.

Industry Recognition at the 2025 Awards Luncheon
On Monday, June 2nd, ADB was proud to be nominated for three award categories during the Fiber Broadband Association Awards Luncheon:
Fiber Under Forty: Zach Ritter, Senior VP, Wireline

These nominations reflect the people-first culture, collaborative partnerships, and forward-thinking solutions that define ADB.
Technology, Teamwork, and What’s Ahead
Panel discussions and workshops focused on deployment challenges, sustainability, and the increasing demand from hyperscale data centers and AI-driven infrastructure. Live demos on the show floor showcased the future of fiber—automated, resilient, and scalable.
At Booth #222, the ADB team connected with industry partners and peers, sharing how we deliver turnkey fiber infrastructure solutions that span engineering, construction, and national deployment support.
Building Connections Off the Clock
To round out the week, we co-hosted a happy hour alongside Render Networks on Tuesday, June 3rd in downtown Nashville. The event offered a relaxed space for networking, collaboration, and a few laughs off Broadway. A huge thank you to Render and everyone who joined us.
Fiber Connect 2025 reaffirmed the industry’s role in lighting up communities and powering the digital future. ADB is proud to be part of that momentum.
