ADB Earns Safety Awards — Four Years and Counting

At ADB, safety isn’t just a program, it’s who we are. It’s woven into our ALL IN culture, reinforced daily through ADB Safe, and carried out by every member of the A-Team in the field. So, when Ameren representatives stepped into our morning safety meeting on April 7th to present us with the Ameren Eagle Award, it wasn’t just an external validation, it reflects the standard our people hold themselves to every day.

Earning the Ameren Eagle Award

The Ameren Eagle Award is the highest safety honor Ameren bestows upon its contractor network, and earning it is no small feat. Of the 181 high-hazard contractors in Ameren’s network, 109 participate in the Eagle Award program, and only 10 walk away with the recognition. Recipients must score 95% or higher across rigorous safety benchmarks: incident prevention, safety training, Near Miss and Good Catch reporting, and motor vehicle safety, among others. This marks the fourth consecutive year ADB has met that bar.

Recognized for Consistency

In addition to the Ameren Eagle Award, ADB was also recognized with the Sustained Safety Excellence Award and the Best in Class–Low Volume Award.

These honors reflect our team’s 100% commitment to safe work practices across every job site and serve as a testament to the consistent standards our A-Team members uphold daily.
