ADB’s Commitment to Honoring and Supporting Veterans

At ADB, our mission goes beyond delivering industry-leading services—we believe in strengthening the communities we serve and honoring those who have served our country. Veterans bring unparalleled dedication, resilience, and leadership to the workforce, and we are committed to recognizing their contributions both within our organization and throughout the region. This commitment has shaped our ongoing efforts to support veterans through employment, community partnerships, and meaningful recognition.

This year, ADB was honored to sponsor the 10th Annual Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk, a cherished community event benefiting St. Patrick Center. All proceeds from the event support hundreds of veterans each year, providing essential services such as housing assistance, employment support, and long-term stability resources. As a sponsor, we were proud to participate in the organization’s mission to uplift veterans and ensure they receive the support they deserve. Our involvement reflects our deep respect for their service and the sacrifices they have made.

On Veterans Day at the ADB offices nationwide we took time to recognize the veterans within our own organization. We distributed commemorative coins to honor the men and women at ADB who have worn the uniform and continue to contribute their skills and leadership to our teams. This gesture symbolizes our sincere appreciation for their service and our commitment to celebrating their stories and achievements.

In addition to recognition, ADB is actively committed to hiring and working with veterans across all areas of our organization. Veterans offer valuable experience that translates seamlessly into our fast-paced and mission-driven environment. To highlight their impact, we showcased photos submitted and that showcases the veterans of ADB and shares their stories of service, transition, and success. This project underscores our belief that every veteran’s story deserves to be heard and celebrated.

ADB is proud to partner with SkillBridge, a Department of Defense (DoD) program designed to help active-duty service members transition into civilian careers. Through SkillBridge, service members can spend their final 180 days of service gaining hands-on experience through internships, apprenticeships, and industry-focused training programs. By collaborating with SkillBridge, ADB helps ensure a smooth transition for service members while strengthening our workforce with highly skilled, mission-oriented talent.

Our commitment to veterans is more than a single initiative—it’s an ongoing promise to honor, support, and empower those who have served. Whether through community sponsorships, recognition programs, hiring initiatives, or transition partnerships, ADB is dedicated to creating opportunities that uplift veterans and ensure they thrive in the next chapter of their careers. We are proud of our veterans, grateful for their service, and steadfast in our mission to support them every step of the way.

جلب الحبيب

I don't have access to the actual article at a URL, so I can't reference specific details. However, based on the title and snippet provided, here's a comment: I love that ADB is actively supporting veterans—honoring their dedication and resilience in both the workplace and the community. Love that ADB ties veteran support directly to community strengthening rather than just hiring metrics. Your focus on resilience and leadership really stands out—I've been looking for companies that actually walk the walk on veteran integration. https://image-gpt.net

The best part of eggy car is chasing your previous distance record. Every attempt feels like there's room for a slightly better run.
