ADBSafe: The ALL IN Training Tower

ADB Companies proudly invested in our safety culture and our people by constructing a 100-foot training tower at our headquarters in Pacific, MO. This world-class, rigorous training facility allows team members to gain hands-on tower experience before ever stepping foot on a customer site. Our craftspeople do dangerous work every single day and we are dedicated to getting them home safely to their families every night.

By having a training tower onsite, team members learn valuable trade skills including tower rescue, safe climbing procedures, and proper tower rigging. The training tower also allows for technology training that can be directly applied to customer projects. ADB team members are required to complete 70 hours of tower and classroom training before putting their skills to work on a project. This far exceeds the national OSHA standard and reaffirms why we are ALL IN for safety. Watch the video below to learn more!
