We celebrate National Engineers Week with a reminder of how vital our Nationwide Engineering Team encompassing 100+ engineers is to us as a turnkey utility solutions provider. Their work helps propel us as a competitive provider within the telecommunications industry.
We appreciate all the hard work, creativity, and technical expertise the Engineering team brings us each day. This team inspires us everyday by providing innovative solutions and problem-solving skills, and we're so grateful to have such a talented and hardworking group of engineers on board.
To show our appreciation and brag about our talented team we decided to catch-up with our Engineering Directors from all three regions and get some insight into their grind as an Engineer and their invaluable resources they bring to the table:
What does your Engineering Role consist of on a daily basis & what innovative programs does your team utilize? ...in my 35+ years in the industry I have never worked with such a progressive and talented team. We have so many advanced technologies to bring our service offerings to the next level for our customers, from advanced mapping within ARC GIS, to daily tracking of permitting and construction projects, and our pole loading analysis. We can truly give full visibility of design and construction to near real time, which is what most of our customers love about our team!
Tell us about your team's strengths & capabilities? Our teams' consist of a very diverse and talented group who can handle any project thrown at them. We currently provide everything from feasibility studies and managing grant and loan processes such as Bead and Middle Mile, to a full array of engineering services including pole loading analysis, transport and FTTH, FTTB design, construction services, as-built documentation/audits, and any of the processes to support these projects.
Why Engineering is such a valuable resource in our line of work & as turnkey provider? It's important to have an Engineering group not only as a stand alone offering for our customers, but also to assist our construction team members with the best practices and new procedures and products to make projects more profitable.
